Stay up to date on the latest in electric motor and generator theory and technology. The Motor 101 training program from Smith Services® features both classroom theory as well as in-shop technical sessions to sharpen your skills with helpful, practical lessons.

Our in-person program features master instructors including engineers, field service experts, and shop technicians with a century of combined expertise. While on site at Smith Services, you’ll also enjoy a special guided tour of our 180,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art repair facility.
